Well, well . . . college. Want a diploma? Why? What are you going to do with your major? Assuming that you graduate, that is. Is it going to make you a better human being? Why? Oh, money! Is that what you’re seeking? Money? If you’re so smart why not rob a Brinks truck? Because you “lack the skills” should be your answer in today’s world. The real answer is because robbing a Brinks truck is against the law. The law is written to stop punks from hurting others or taking advantage of those who are susceptible to rotten people. The law is also laid down by God just for this reason. That one is called, The Ten Commandments.
Today’s World
Well, the whole reason I began this little diatribe is due to today’s world. What a crock is today’s world. In fact, today’s world is such a crock of pre-digested food that it stinks to high Heaven. High Heaven is what we need to consider before we go hog wild and begin more killing, stealing, raping, killing, and killing. Lots of killing going on in today’s high tech world isn’t there? Lot’s of hurting our fellow human beings in every way imaginable.
It wasn’t this way before the Vietnam War last century. I was sent there more than once so I know a little about taking lives. Unless your brain is screwed to the gills taking lives also takes a part of the life of one who kills. Ask any veteran. Ask God, for that matter. “Thou shalt not kill,” was written in stone. If God made certain that Moses read what He wrote correctly so that God would know Moses got His meaning then you’d think all of us would sort of bow to His wishes. We’re too smart for that aren’t we. Believing that God is the one who placed the Ten commandments in stone.
We, my readers, have assumed the status of High and Mighty. We are not mighty as was evidenced to me as a human body was blown into small pieces. We are just barely above the snail, it seems, but with less common sense. If we had any sense we would appreciate America for standing above all other nations in history for our freedoms. Did I mention Freedom of Religion? If you do not value it, look at Europe. Oh, you say, Europe is what we want here in America. Ain’t gonna happen!
Most high and mighty folks in this nation seem to prefer groveling in the sewer than standing tall and strong and mighty. So it goes, right?
