Well, hell, I’m just going to say it: the Democrat Party is the resurrection of the Soviet Party. The “Cold War” occupied the entirety of my young life. Nuclear holocaust was at the tip of all our tongues back then. Duck and cover was taught in schools, as though ducking and covering would save a life in a nuclear explosion. HA!
This was just after World War Two by only three years when I came to be. The second world war overshadowed who we turned out to be. That and the Soviet threat governed our mental attitudes as we matured into men and women. Right in the middle of all this rot, Vietnam came along and thousands of us ended up going to that war just as I did. To reconsider all of this now is a nightmare but facing one’s fears is the only way to keep on trekkin’.
This is where I am coming from here. I have seen the best and worst that mankind has to offer. Mankind doesn’t have a lot to offer except Christianity. Even that took a Heavenly entity to come here as a man and bring us this faith. We screw up more than we fix and the democrats are the ones with hammers and sickles tearing down the goodness of America in our higher institutions of learning and propagandizing our children with bilge.
I know what bilge is and have watched it shipped over the side of the warship I was on in Vietnam. Effluent and waste products is what the democrats are selling as golden idols of righteousness. All the while trying to place God in a sealed plastic bag. I won’t stand for it but I am but one quite old and quite small person. If I live another five years I’ll consider myself fortunate. No, I am not looking for pity. I am looking for people who can wake up and smell the coffee for the sake of all that is holy!
Communism works in how many places it has been tried? Zero. It won’t work in a Republic either. It is high time for Americans, and you know who you are, to pick up the liberty bell, put a new rivet in its crack and sound it peeling throughout this nation. That is what this is about and I plan to pull no punches. An apple is an apple, a man is a man, a woman a woman and an American an American.
Then again, a Christian should be first a Christian before God. In that is our salvation and our strength in this puny, cancerous world created by mankind on the back of God who provided the planet and all else that keeps us alive. In the end, and it is coming soon, all is as simple as that. Brotherly and Sisterly love (notice I didn’t say sex) is what we need and politics is a cancer unto itself. God and Christ are our answer, should we choose to open our damned eyes and see the truth, the light.
